Oliver Carty was established in the 1950s. In what would now be called a “cottage industry” Oliver Carty was started in a cooking facility at the back of the family home in Arcadia, Athlone.Today the business is owned and run by Oliver’s son Ted. It is Ted’s foresight, innovation and love of the business that has brought Oliver Carty to where it is today, one of Ireland largest pork and bacon producers. |
