575G SERVES 3-4 PAX, Crafted using the finest Irish Pork, Smoked over beechwood logs in the Heart of Ireland.

Oliver Carty was established in the 1950s. In what would now be called a “cottage industry” Oliver Carty was started in a cooking facility at the back of the family home in Arcadia, Athlone.Today the business is owned and run by Oliver’s son Ted. It is Ted’s foresight, innovation and love of the business that has brought Oliver Carty to where it is today, one of Ireland largest pork and bacon producers.
Pork, as well as being totally delicious, is an excellent source of vitamins and minerals. You'll find thiamin, phosphorus, niacin, selenium and vitamin B-6 in your average cut, not to mention protein and a decent amount of zinc, riboflavin and potassium.

Keep refrigerated or frozen. If Frozen defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before use and use within 24hours.

To Oven bake: 1 Remove sleeve, top film and sauce sachet. 2- Pre-Heat oven 180c/350f/gas mark4. 3- Place foil Tray in the middle of the oven and cook for 35-40 minutes. Pour the contents of the sachet over the meat and cook for a further 10-15 minutes basting 2-3 times. 4- Remove the foil tray from the oven and allow to stand for 5 mins, Ensure meat is fully cooked throughout and piping hot before serving. Do not reheat.
